こんばんは、アマノユウです。

ドイツの漬物的存在、ザワークラウト。
確か、キャベツを白ワインに漬けて、自然発酵させたものだったかな。
ソーセージの付け合わせになっているあれです。
この酸味が意外に、焼酎に合うことが分かった。
和洋折衷と言うことでf^_^;)
